An Outstanding Luxury 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Executive home, at the prestigious and gated community of The Manors at Westridge on Highway 27 in West Kissimmee.

This 4 bedroom single story executive home offers the highest quality of luxury living and is fully air conditioned. It comes beautifully designed and luxuriously decorated, with plush leather furnishings. Two separate and comfortable living areas allow you privacy if required, with cable television and video as standard. A good size dining area with seating for 6-8 people allows you to dine informally or more formally, as desired. The large master bedroom has television, king size bed, and comes with en-suite bathroom, which has a sunken tub, twin basins and walk-in shower. This room overlooks the pool on the right hand side of the home. A further three bedrooms including a further double room with queen size bed. Share a generous family bathroom on the opposite side of the home.

The large private pool is screened with comfortable patio furniture provided for sunbathing and relaxing. The pool is South facing giving sunlight from mid-day to early evening.

This villa is also equipped with a double garage which has been converted into a games room, complete with a pool table, air hockey, darts and tall bar table with bar stools.
