An outstanding two storey, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, close to Disney at the highly acclaimed Lake Berkley Resort.

This spacious and attractive executive home offers the highest quality of luxury living. It comes beautifully designed and is elegantly decorated.

The Villa is fully air-conditioned and is an open plan, spacious design and has all the furnishings and equipment that is needed to ensure guests have a great holiday. There is a large lounge furnished with three sofas with plasma TV, DVD etc, a formal dining area seating six, a cosy breakfast corner for casual eating and of course a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy breakfast in the early morning sun inside in the corner, at the breakfast bar or outside by the pool area. The master bedroom has a king size bed and television with an en-suite that includes a large corner bath, separate shower and twin hand basins, along with a large walk-in dressing room and includes a king size bed and television. This room overlooks the pool on the ground floor. There are a further four bedrooms in this home. These include a double room with queen bed and full bathroom (bath and shower). There is also another double room with full size bed (UK standard double bed) and two twin rooms, sharing another full bathroom.

This villa is equipped with a double garage which has been converted into a games room, it has a pool table, air hockey, darts and tall bar table with bar stools.

Prices Include:

• Pool heating is an additional cost of £80 or $125 per week (required only in winter)
